Sorry guys, I dropped the ball and didn’t post and update yet for Wednesday’s workout which was one of the lightest workouts I’ve had!

We did heavy weight and focused once again on all chest. Alisha came with us to the gym but she wasn’t really in the mood to workout so we cut our workout short after only four exercises.

  • Dumbbell Bench Press
  • Dumbbell Flyes
  • Decline Barbell Bench Press
  • Incline Barbell Bench Press

Once again we worked out to failure on all of our exercises and afterwards we went tanning. GTL!

Nice workout tonight! I felt strong and was able to keep my workout intense all the way until the end. This was good since on Monday I didn’t feel like I had the energy I needed! I upped my carb intake throughout the day before working out and boom, success!

I had personal bests in four areas -

  • Concentration Curls
  • Decline Barbell Bench Press
  • Dumbbell Bench Press
  • Tricep Pushdown – Rope Attachment

Upper Body Day

Great upper body workout today at @TVFamilyYMCA!  Worked on chest, shoulders, biceps, back, triceps, lats and traps.  Wasn’t really in the mood to workout but knew I needed to after a two day break and my over-indulging Saturday at Sizzler.  After I got started though it was all down hill.  I was pumped up after [...]

Great upper body workout today at @TVFamilyYMCA!  Worked on chest, shoulders, biceps, back, triceps, lats and traps.  Wasn’t really in the mood to workout but knew I needed to after a two day break and my over-indulging Saturday at Sizzler.  After I got started though it was all down hill.  I was pumped up after starting with dumbell bench presses and doing higher weights than I had before.

Great Night @ 208 Fit Clubs!

It was a great night last night.  The studio wasn’t too full and there was plenty of room for everyone.  We started warming up with some Brazilian Butt Lift and then finished with RevAbs.  I woke up this morning feeling refreshed and energized.

Health Update #1

Just wanted to post a health update. So I’m down 46lbs since I started keeping track the end of February and my diet, or eating lifestyle, is getting easier every day! We bought some turkey burgers yesterday and I’ve incorporated a lot of turkey and chicken into my diet reducing my red meat intake drastically.
