Nice workout tonight! I felt strong and was able to keep my workout intense all the way until the end. This was good since on Monday I didn’t feel like I had the energy I needed! I upped my carb intake throughout the day before working out and boom, success!
I had personal bests in four areas -
- Concentration Curls
- Decline Barbell Bench Press
- Dumbbell Bench Press
- Tricep Pushdown – Rope Attachment
